THE INFINITE ATLAS

The flat world is curved in the eye of a lens. The Huaorani warrior steps stealthy through the undergrowth. The zebra runs the river gauntlet as prehistoric monsters lunge for its life giving flesh. The Garden of Eden is recreated with steel and light as Singapore transforms by night. A monk spins the prayer wheel while 1000’s of half naked virgins dance the Umhlanga for their Swazi king. A Vietnamese elder rows with his feet along the Tam Coc river. Wind swept desert dunes and tumultuous ocean wave’s ebb and flow, constantly reshaping and changing our world as are we. Evolution is us, and we are evolution. Behind the lens my work is ‘always in progress’ an endless atlas. I am a hunter gather of light, instead of cave walls to paint, I photograph moments.
